Our auto-responder will let you know your message was received and will notify us of your question or problem so that we can take action. We will follow up promptly by e-mail, in no more than 24 hours, but usually a lot quicker. Please note that this is our preferred way of hearing from you, and will likely result in a speedier response. If you wish to speak to a person by phone, e-mail us with your phone number and we will call you.

• Toll-free Telephone -- we have a toll-free telephone number, 1-800-419-3859. This number is good in the U.S., and you can place an order there, ask a question, or tell us about a problem. For those calling from outside the U.S., the commercial number is (404) 378-0201. Because we are a small company operating on the internet, we keep our overhead down (and our prices low) by not hiring someone to answer this phone 24/7. If you call it, you will likely get our voicemail, but we check it regularly and you will get a call back as soon as possible. If you both call and send e-mail, your response will most likely be by e-mail. If you don't hear back from us in 24 hours, send us an e-mail. We may be traveling.

• Toll-free Fax -- The same number also serves as a toll-free fax number, 1-800-419-3859. If you're uneasy about sending your credit card number through our secure online store, you may use this number to send us your information.
